The following tracks will be offered:

• Leadership K-12
• Mathematics K-2
• Mathematics 3-5
• Mathematics 6-8
• Mathematics 9-12

 

Locations and Dates

• North - June 16-18 in Bay County at Arnold High School
• Central - July 14-16 in Hillsborough County at Riverview High School
• South - July 21-23 in Lee County at South Fort Myers High School

 

Registration Schedule

Early Registration:

• Districts: Applications to Attend will be received from District applicants for allotted seats from March 2 to March 13, 2026. It is recommended prior this time for districts to identify members of their District Team so individuals can apply to attend.
  
  
• Charter Schools, Private Schools & Certified Home Educators: Applications to Attend from Charter Schools, Private Schools and Certified Home Educators will be received March 16 to March 27, 2026.
  
  
• Institutes of Higher Education: Applications to Attend from Institutes of Higher Education will be received from March 16 to March 27, 2026.
  
  

General Registration: From April 6, 2026, until two weeks before the event starts, applications will be received and placed on the wait list. Replacements for canceled applications to attend will be filled from the wait list in the order received and may happen the week before the event.

Wait List Activations: When a seat opens up, it will be filled from the Wait List in a first registered, first filled basis. An email from reg@floridalearns.org will be sent to new participant indicating status has changed from Wait List to Active.

 

Registration Policies and Procedures

FDOE will NOT be paying stipends for attendance, nor will it provide travel accommodations. Please check with your employer for its plans for professional learning points, stipends and travel arrangements. A certificate of attendance/participation will be issued at the end of the event.

Registrations are accepted on a first submitted, first accepted basis. Request for replacements, sending someone in your place, or saving a seat will not be accepted.

Request to cancel a registration should come from the participant or participant's supervisor. Cancelled registrations are replaced from the waitlist.

All participants will be scanned in and out of the session to document attendance. Scans in and out will generate a link to the session evaluation in the Scheduler. Session evaluation must be completed in full for the session hours to be added to the Certificate of Attendance.

Participants are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
